Why people work
with us.
“It's nice to have somebody coming alongside you. You don't feel like you're completely on your own trying to figure out the next 30 or 40 years of your life financially.”
How It Works
Introduction Call
We get to know you first, then build a clear, personalized plan from the ground up.
Plan to 100 Strategy
We gather your info and build your retirement plan at no cost. Our technology allows us to look at your full picture and tell you exactly what you can afford to spend without the fear of running out.
Onboarding
We walk through your plan, answer your questions, and discuss whether a partnership makes sense. No pressure to move forward—it's a big decision and we treat it that way.
Partnership
We finalize your portfolio and make sure everything is set up exactly as it should be. We’ll meet twice a year formally, but you can always call us with questions.
You
might be
wondering.
No, we’re not a tax preparation firm. We do tax planning, which means helping you make decisions throughout the year that reduce what you owe, rather than just filing what happened after the fact.
A Roth conversion moves money from a pre-tax account to a Roth, where future growth and withdrawals are tax-free. Whether it makes sense depends on your income, tax bracket, and timeline—we model it out specifically for your situation.
It varies, but for retirees drawing from multiple account types, thoughtful sequencing and Roth conversion strategies can save tens of thousands of dollars over a retirement lifetime. It’s one of the highest-value things we do.
The earlier the better, ideally before Social Security and required minimum distributions kick in, when you have the most flexibility. But it’s never too late to make improvements.
No. Tax planning is built into our ongoing service. Our fall meeting is specifically focused on year-end tax review, and tax considerations inform every recommendation we make throughout the year.
